Return/Refund Policy

We stand by our products and aim to make your shopping experience with YIER worry-free. Please review the following return options:

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for change of mind.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered)

  • Must include original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Not Accepted:

  • Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered

  • Sale/discounted items and gift cards

How to Return:

  1. Email support@yier.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return address details.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to our warehouse.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Multiple items from different orders may be returned in the same package.

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the return. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank or card processing times may vary).

 

2. Faulty or Incorrect Product Returns

We sincerely apologize if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. In these cases, we will arrange a free return and ensure the issue is resolved quickly.

What to Do:
Please contact support@yier.com.au immediately and provide:

  • Order number and purchase date

  • Photos of the faulty/incorrect item and shipping label

  • Product name and quantity of the correct item(s)

  • Your full shipping details (name, phone number, address)

Once confirmed, we will provide instructions for return and replacement (or refund if applicable).

 

3. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact the carrier directly to lodge a claim. YIER is not responsible for damage caused during transit once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend returning the unwanted item (per the above policy) and placing a new order for the item you’d like instead.
