We will not be able to amend any shipping details once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
There may be additional fees (in addition to the bulky item charge) to remote/rural areas and Western Australia. If there is, an email will be sent to notify the recipient of any additional charges. If the recipient is not willing to pay the additional charges, we will refund the order.
Express shipping is available upon request and will be calculated based on the size of the order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If your order has not arrived within 2 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@yier.com.au with your name and order number so we can investigate.
We do not deliver to a PO Boxes, locked bags, or parcel lockers.
We currently do not accept international orders.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, YIER cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
